General Shipping Information
For a limited time only, Ahomeimprove is offering free standard ground shipping for most orders to the 48 continental states Please see individual products for more information. Most items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Normally it will take 5 to 10 business days for you to recieve your order. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for product availability and shipping costs. We do not deliver to P.O. Box.
International Shipping Information
If the order is being shipped to a location outside of the continental United States, the shipping costs are not included in the price of the product. Before placing an international order, contact a customer support representative to obtain a shipping quote.
Return and Refund Policy
If the item is damaged in the shipping process or has defects from manufacturing, we will fully refund or replace the item for you. If you do not like the item you ordered, you will pay the shipping fee and 30% in stock fee. In either case, you must notify us via email with digital images within 10 days upon receipt of the item. The return items must be in original packaging and placed at designated area through our instructions. Thank you for your interest.
